There are three options to benefit from our products: Purchase a license, book a consulting service or use the Continuous Modelling Service by ARC. All options include individual support and will consider your specific requirements and tasks. You can also combine the possibilities and start with a consulting project and later buy a licence for long term use...


Purchasing the Software

If you are interested in obtaining your own CAST simulation environment or Airport Office tool, ARC will give you a proposal including all details e.g. training, installation, documentation and long term support.

1. Contact ARC and request more information by phone, mail or e-mail.
2. ARC can give you a comprehensive presentation on site to demonstrate how easy and quick  CAST works. Feel free to invite everybody who is interested.
3. Based on your requirements, ARC will provide a tailored offer. Due to the modular structure, you will only pay for the functions you need.
4. Evaluate all the options, get your CAST version - start your simulation.
5. Get support and updates. If desired, you can become a member of the CAST user community and benefit from information exchange and meetings with experts of other companies.


Consulting services

ARC's consulting services include the provision of the CAST environment and more. Based on more than 15 years of airport planning and simulation experience, ARC offers a package considering all aspects of operations, planning and optimisation.

2. ARC can give you a comprehensive presentation on site to demonstrate CAST and discuss your project. Please invite everybody who is interested.
3. Based on your requirements ARC will provide a tailored offer.
4. Evaluate all the options and get your results: presentations, videos and reports.

 ARC will keep the model for further projects on short-term request.


NEW: Continuous Modelling Service (CMS)

In order to meet the demands from the aviation industry, ARC to several customers provides a Continuous Modelling Service (CMS). This service does not only include the set-up of a 3D-CAST model of the airport but also a predefined simulation service on a regular base in order to check of defined airport parts or to test next season’s schedule. This helps to anticipate critical situations and to react in time. A standardized and agreed set of KPI (Key performance indicators) ensures quick communication and highest internal acceptance.

For this service no CAST licence is required and ARC will maintain and update the model for the customer.
